My name is Nicholas Perez, and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of experience leading complex projects. For a decade, I served with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, where I managed mid- to large-scale construction projects with a focus on precision, discipline, and mission success. Following that, I continued my career by driving project outcomes for mid- to large-scale corporations and businesses across diverse industries.
As a former Professor of the Practice at Texas A&M University, where I taught Project Planning and Scheduling, I not only sharpened my own scheduling expertise but also had the privilege of developing the next generation of project managers. This blend of real-world leadership and academic instruction gives me a unique ability to bridge strategy and execution.
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a passion for programming and building efficient and effective processes. In 2019, I was awarded Engineer of the Year by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. I received my PMP in 2022.
